Every class will touch on all parts of the body and leave participants feeling relaxed and stretched by the end of class.

Slow FlowYoga: The emphasis in this class will be to incorporate traditional poses into a flowing sequence that gently builds flexibility, balance and strength. Students will work on moving consciously with their breath and gaining body and self-awareness as a result. A strong focus will be placed on learning correct form for those who are new to yoga.
